Customer Service Administrator

SF Recruitment is recruiting a Customer Service Administrator for a business based in Hinckley.
This varied role combines customer service, sales order processing and administration. You'll be a key point of contact for customers, handling enquiries, preparing quotations and keeping orders progressing smoothly.
- Responding to customer enquiries by phone and email.
- Preparing quotations and following up on outstanding quotes and samples.
- Processing sales orders and invoices accurately.
- Supporting new customers with account setup and onboarding.
- Maintaining customer details, pricing and sales records across internal systems.
- Liaising with sales and operational teams to resolve queries and keep customers updated.
- Tracking deliveries and following up with couriers.
- Supporting sales reporting, general office administration and ad hoc projects.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales administration or order processing.
- A confident, professional telephone manner and strong written communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
- Able to prioritise a busy workload and handle customer queries calmly.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and business systems; ERP or CRM experience would be useful.
- Knowledge of delivery processes, invoicing and payment terms would be advantageous.
- A practical, organised approach and willingness to support colleagues.
