SF is urgently exclusively recruiting for an experienced Senior HR Advisor to support a business through an upcoming restructure and redundancy project.
This is a hands-on interim assignment, supporting and managing individual redundancy consultations across multiple sites.
We need someone who has direct experience of this process and can hit the ground running with minimal guidance.
Key responsibilities
- Managing individual redundancy consultation meetings.
