I'm looking for an experienced HR professional who is available to take on a temporary assignment through to the end of the year. My client is currently going through a period of restructuring and redundancies. The strategy and plans are already in place, so this isn't a strategic role - they need someone who can come in and provide hands-on, day-to-day HR support throughout the process.

The role will involve:

  • Supporting across the full employee relations lifecycle
  • Supporting redundancy and consultation processes
  • Preparing HR letters and documentation
  • Providing general day-to-day HR support
  • Collating and inputting payroll information and data

You don't need to be a payroll specialist. The payroll element is focused on collating and inputting information rather than processing payroll, although some previous exposure would definitely be useful.

The priority is finding someone with solid generalist HR and ER experience who is comfortable taking a hands-on approach, can quickly get up to speed and work confidently within a fast-paced operational environment.

Given the urgency, I'm particularly keen to hear from anyone who is immediately available, between roles or finishing an assignment this week. If this sounds like you, or you know someone who could be a good fit, please get in touch.
