SF Partners are delighted to be supporting a client in the search for an FP&A Manager. Reporting directly to the CFO, this is a highly visible role that will play a key part in driving financial planning, performance analysis and strategic decision-making. The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders across the business, providing insight and challenge to support commercial and operational objectives.
The Role:
- Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Produce insightful management information, KPI reporting and financial analysis.
- Deliver meaningful variance analysis and performance commentary.
- Support strategic decision-making through scenario modelling and financial planning.
- Partner with operational and commercial stakeholders to improve business performance.
- Support investment appraisals and strategic projects.
- Drive improvements to reporting, planning processes and financial systems.
- Develop and maintain robust financial models to support business performance.
The Person:
We are seeking a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with strong FP&A, commercial finance or business partnering experience. You will demonstrate:
- Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling capability.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to communicate financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
- Experience producing management information and KPI reporting.
- A proactive and commercially focused approach.
- The confidence to influence decision-making at a senior level.
- Experience improving reporting, processes or financial systems.
This opportunity would suit an FP&A Manager, Finance Business Partner, Commercial Finance Manager or Senior Finance Analyst looking for a broad and commercially focused role with significant exposure to senior leadership.
Salary: Up to £75,000 (DOE) + Benefits
