Project Manager £45,000 - £50,000 DOE + Company Vehicle / Car Allowance Sutton in Ashfield We are working with an established engineering business that specialises in delivering complex installation projects across the UK. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced Project Manager to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded Project Manager with a background in construction, electrical engineering, structural installations or a similar technical environment. The successful candidate will take ownership of multiple projects from initial planning through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities - Manage multiple engineering and installation projects from inception through to successful completion. - Plan and coordinate project schedules, resources, materials, subcontractors and site activities. - Oversee project budgets, cost control, commercial performance and contractual requirements. - Coordinate crane operations, complex lifting activities and specialist installations. - Prepare, review and implement detailed Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) and Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs). - Ensure all project activities comply with relevant health, safety and quality standards. - Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers and internal engineering teams to ensure effective project delivery. - Conduct regular site visits across the UK to monitor progress, resolve issues and maintain project standards. - Identify potential project risks and implement appropriate solutions to minimise delays and additional costs. - Maintain accurate project documentation, progress reports and commercial records.
