SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Payroll Administrator on a permanent basis to join a friendly team working on the outskirts of North Nottingham, with close links to both Mansfield and Newark alike. This is an exciting opportunity for a Payroll professional, who is looking for a busy and dynamic role within a well-established business.

Payroll Responsibilities:

  • Collating monthly payroll information from a high number of sites with a headcount of c.450 employees
  • Data entry on Sage Payroll for 4 entities, running parallel with a newly introduced Payroll system
  • Liaise with outsourced provider (Scotland) to ensure correct data entry
  • Liaise with outsourced provider (Ireland) to confirm correct data entry
  • Processing payroll payments including salaries, pensions and HMTC
  • Ensure year end returns are submitted (Annual Return, P60, P11d etc)

HR Administration Responsibilities:

  • Maintain database of employment contracts
  • Liaise with HR outsourcer to ensure employment contracts reflect current legislation
  • Issue new employment contracts to new starters
  • Administer and liaise with pension scheme providers (NEST, Peoples Pension, Zurich)
  • Ensure compliance with Pension Scheme rules/legislation

You will be a methodical, well-organised and accurate administrator, capable of working under pressure and to tight deadlines. You will be outgoing, pro-active and capable of liaising with members of the management team across the whole property portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years payroll experience. If this role appeals to you please apply for immediate consideration.
