Key Responsibilities:- Manage and deliver a range of topographical, land and measured building survey projects.
- Lead, mentor and support a team of surveyors across both field and office operations.
- Ensure projects are delivered to a high standard, on time and in line with client expectations.
- Support project planning, scheduling and client communication.
- Oversee survey data processing, QA procedures and equipment management.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and adoption of new survey technologies and workflows.
- Minimum 5 years' experience within land, topographical or measured building surveying.
- Previous experience leading survey teams and managing projects.
- Strong understanding of industry-standard survey software and data processing workflows.
