We're looking for an ambitious, confident and commercially minded Graduate / Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our established team at SF Partners.
You don't need recruitment experience.
We're much more interested in your attitude, personality and drive to succeed.
Equally, if you've already gained experience in sales, business development or account management and are looking for a career where you can use those skills with greater earning potential and progression, we'd definitely like to hear from you.
You'll be working alongside experienced recruiters, learning how to build relationships with clients and candidates, develop your own market and ultimately run your own recruitment desk.
What you'll be doing: - Speaking with candidates and understanding their career plans - Building relationships with new and existing clients - Sourcing candidates through Linked In, job boards and our database - Managing interviews, offers and recruitment processes - Developing your own network and client base - Working towards clear targets with plenty of support along the way
What we're looking for: Someone confident, personable and comfortable picking up the phone.
You'll need to be ambitious, resilient and motivated by progression and earning potential.
You might be a recent graduate, working in sales or account management, or simply in a customer-facing role where you've developed strong relationship-building and communication skills.
Previous recruitment experience isn't essential - we can teach recruitment.
