As Credit Controller, you'll be responsible for managing your own portfolio of accounts and ensuring outstanding debt is collected effectively and professionally.
Your responsibilities will include:
Proactively chasing outstanding debt via telephone and email Managing allocated debtor accounts in line with Credit Control procedures Sending weekly and monthly customer statements Completing daily cash allocation Managing and responding to Credit Control mailbox queries Investigating
