SF Partners are delighted to be supporting a client in the search for an FP&A Manager.

Reporting directly to the CFO, this is a highly visible role that will play a key part in driving financial planning, performance analysis and strategic decision-making.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders across the business, providing insight and challenge to support commercial and operational objectives.

The Role

Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes.

Produce insightful management information, KPI reporting and financial analysis.

Deliver meaningful variance analysis and performance commentary.

Support strategic decision-making through scenario modelling and financial planning.

Partner with operational and commercial stakeholders to improve business performance.

Support investment appraisals and strategic projects.

Drive improvements to reporting, planning processes and financial systems.

Develop and maintain robust financial models to support business performance.

The Person

We are seeking a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with strong FP&A, commercial finance or business partnering experience.

You will demonstrate

Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling capability.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

The ability to communicate financial information to non-finance stakeholders.

Experience producing management information and KPI reporting.

A proactive and commercially focused approach.

The confidence to influence decision-making at a senior level.

Experience improving reporting, processes or financial systems.

This opportunity would suit an FP&A Manager, Finance Business Partner, Commercial Finance Manager or Senior Finance Analyst looking for a broad and commercially focused role with significant exposure to senior leadership.

Salary: Up to £75,000 (DOE) + Benefits Location: Oxfordshire (3 days per week on-site)
