This is a senior technical role, acting as the highest point of escalation while providing technical leadership, architectural guidance, and engineering best practice across a diverse customer base.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the senior escalation point for complex technical issues
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to engineering teams
