SF Partners are partnering exclusively with a fast-growing, multi-site service-led business to recruit a commercially focused People Director. This role will lead the operational delivery of HR, Learning & Development and Talent Acquisition, ensuring the People function supports continued business growth, performance and employee experience.
This is a hands-on leadership role focused on translating strategy into action, improving systems and processes, driving collaboration across teams and building a high-performing People function.
Key Responsibilities- Lead HR, Talent Acquisition and L&D functions
- Develop and manage high-performing People teams
- Improve employee experience across the full lifecycle
