The role of Learning and Development Specialist:
- Designing and delivering training programmes across digital and face-to-face channels
- Conducting learning needs analysis and creating development plans
- Owning and managing the annual appraisal process
- Supporting graduate and apprenticeship programmes
- Partnering with managers to identify and address capability gaps
- Managing LMS content and learning resources
- Coordinating internal and external training solutions
- Travelling to UK sites as required

- Proven experience in Learning and Development
- Strong training design and facilitation skills
- Experience with LMS platforms and digital learning tools
- Confident stakeholder management with a proactive approach
