The role of HR Advisor:

The ideal HR Advisor:

  • Previous experience in an HR Advisor role with strong employee relations expertise
  • Proven experience managing investigations, disciplinary and grievance cases independently
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent experience — desirable
