Responsibilities
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, social media, paid advertising, search, and events
- Develop and manage segmented audience lists to deliver targeted and personalised campaigns
- Use CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot) to manage leads, automate workflows, and track campaign performance
- Manage and optimise campaign budgets and performance across channels
- Collaborate closely with teams across content, events, and paid media
- Drive engagement, lead generation, and measurable business growth
Qualifications
- Data-driven marketer with multi-channel campaign experience
- Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation
- Strong analytical skills to maximise performance and ROI
