We are seeking a dedicated fibreglass Laminator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience with various hand and power tools. This role involves working in a dynamic environment, contributing to the fabrication and assembly of laminated components with precision and safety. Duties
- Operate laminating equipment to assemble laminated panels and components according to specifications
- Use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to cut, shape, and assemble materials
- Measure and verify dimensions using basic math skills to ensure accuracy of finished products
- Prepare materials by cutting, sanding, and finishing surfaces as required
- Perform fabrication tasks including assembly, fitting, and finishing of laminated parts
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to safety standards at all times
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while maintaining quality standards
Requirements
- Proven experience in fabrication, assembly, or warehouse environments is preferred
