Position: Finance & Operations Support Intern
About the Role
SF Express UK is looking for a detail-oriented and organised intern to support our Finance and Operations teams with daily administrative and documentation tasks.
This is a hands-on opportunity for students or recent graduates who are interested in gaining practical experience in a fast-paced international logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities
Finance Support
- Assist with preparing, submitting and tracking contract-related documents and internal approval requests.
- Support the Finance team with document collection, filing and record maintenance.
- Ensure relevant documents are complete, accurate and submitted on time.
Operations Support
- Assist with daily operational document verification and reconciliation.
- Support the checking, matching and processing of operational records and supporting documents.
- Maintain accurate records and follow up on missing or outstanding documentation.
- Provide general administrative support to the Operations team.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Finance, Logistics, Management or a related field.
- Good attention to detail, organisational skills and a responsible working attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
- Ability to communicate in both English and Chinese is preferred.
