  • Manage the sales team's travel arrangements, expense claims, and other administrative needs.
  • Work closely with Operations, Customer Service, Finance, and overseas teams to ensure the smooth handover and execution of customer requirements.
  • Coordinate internal resources during the initial phase of customer project implementation to ensure a smooth transition.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales support, customer service, or administrative assistant role within the logistics, freight forwarding, or a related industry.
  • Familiarity with fundamental international logistics processes and terminology (e.g., Incoterms, HS Codes, sea/air freight processes).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to interact professionally and clearly with internal and external customers.
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities, capable of prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong team player with a service-oriented mindset.

Preferred:

  • Experience using mainstream CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Proficiency in Chinese.
  • Basic understanding of UK import/export regulations and customs procedures.

We Offer:

  • A competitive salary package and bonus scheme.
  • The opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive international team.
