About the Role We are looking for a Junior Customs Operator to join our growing UK team.

You will support daily import and export customs clearance activities, work closely with customers and operational partners, and help ensure customs processes are completed accurately and in compliance with UK regulations.

Key Responsibilities Handle daily import and export customs declarations and related documentation.

Organise customs clearance data and complete system entry accurately.

Manage customs duty and tax reconciliation, including tax statements and payment applications.

Communicate with customers regarding customs documentation and clearance requirements.

Follow up on customs inspections and resolve clearance issues and exceptions.

Coordinate with customers, warehouses, customs agents, carriers, and other stakeholders.

Prepare customs-related reports, documents, and operational solutions.

Support business and cross-functional projects related to customs operations.

Ensure customs activities comply with relevant UK customs regulations and company procedures.

Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements Bachelor's degree or above; Experience in customs clearance, logistics, or international trade is preferred; entry-level candidates are welcome to apply .

Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Strong attention to detail and sense of responsibility.

Good Microsoft Office and Excel skills.

Good English communication skills; Chinese language skills are an advantage .
