We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Specialist to join our team. This role plays a key part in supporting local operations, ensuring smooth logistics processes, and delivering excellent service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and follow up on local UK client shipments and project progress, resolving operational issues in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, customer service, operations) and external partners to ensure smooth communication and execution
  • Manage logistics processes including receiving, warehousing, and last-mile delivery
  • Maintain and analyze operational data, and prepare regular reports
  • Support process optimization to improve efficiency and service quality
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards
  • Assist with other tasks assigned by the line manager

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above (Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations coordination
  • Experience in UK local logistics is a plus
  • Strong coordination and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication skills in both English and Chinese (preferred for cross-border collaboration)
