We are currently looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our growing operations team in the UK. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in warehouse setup and operations management within the UK market, who is also able to communicate fluently in Chinese and English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily warehouse operations and team management
- Assist with warehouse setup, process optimisation, and operational planning
- Manage inventory accuracy, inbound/outbound processes, and KPI performance
- Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners
- Ensure compliance with UK health & safety and warehouse standards
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse supervisory or management experience in the UK
- Experience with warehouse opening/setup projects is highly preferred
- Fluent in Chinese and English
- Strong organisational and communication skills
