Are you a visionary supply chain leader ready to drive global transformation? Our exciting client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Supply Chain Director to lead and optimize their global procurement, logistics, and operational strategies.
About the Role: As Supply Chain Director, you’ll spearhead the development of a world-class supply chain across key international markets, including the UK, Australia, and the USA. This strategic role is pivotal to ensuring efficiency, risk mitigation, sustainability, and operational excellence as the business scales to meet ambitious growth targets.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead global supply chain, procurement, production, and customer service functions.
- Develop strategies to diversify supplier risk and reduce cost of goods via increased economies of scale.
- Optimize working capital through call-off agreements and extended supplier payment terms.
- Conduct top-tier supplier audits and onboard key suppliers onto ESG compliance platforms (e.g., Sedex).
- Integrate supply chain operations across multiple regions to unlock efficiencies and service synergies.
- Build and maintain high-performing teams, driving alignment with strategic business goals.
