An industry-leading manufacturing services firm seeks a commercially minded, and growth-focused Managing Director to drive growth, profitability, and strategic direction for the organisation. You will define and implement commercial and operational strategies, ensuring business success.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Leadership & Growth: Develop and execute sales and business strategies. Secure key contracts and partnerships. Identify expansion and diversification opportunities.
  • Financial & Commercial Management: Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and cost control. Drive efficiency and profitability.

The Ideal Candidate: We seek a commercially driven leader with: Proven senior leadership experience in manufacturing (manufacturing, manufacturing service, OEM), engineering or a related sector. Knowledge of the electrical engineering sector would be highly desirable. Strong track record in sales, business development, and strategy. Financial acumen, including cost control and forecasting. Expertise in managing complex projects and ensuring compliance. Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
