An industry-leading manufacturing services firm seeks a commercially minded, and growth-focused Managing Director to drive growth, profitability, and strategic direction for the organisation. You will define and implement commercial and operational strategies, ensuring business success.
Key responsibilities include:
- Strategic Leadership & Growth: Develop and execute sales and business strategies. Secure key contracts and partnerships. Identify expansion and diversification opportunities.
- Financial & Commercial Management: Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and cost control. Drive efficiency and profitability.
