SF Executive is partnered on a retained basis with a global contract services organisation to appoint a Divisional Finance Director. Working alongside a Divisional Managing Director and reporting to the Group CFO, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities for the organisation's largest and most aspirational division.
Managing a large diverse team across several locations and geographies, you will ensure the financial health and sustainability of the organisation and continue the division's high growth trajectory. The Divisional Finance Director will serve as a key member of the organisation's leadership committee, driving initiatives in financial transformation and optimisation of processes.
Commercial business partnering will be a key element of the role, working across stakeholder groups to drive strategic financial decisions, optimising resource allocation, and enhancing overall business performance.
The successful Divisional Finance Director will be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA or equivalent) with proven experience as a senior finance leader. You will have excellent communication skills, a proactive and solution-oriented mindset, and a natural interest in transformation and technology.
The position is being offered on a hybrid basis and will suit a driven and ambitious individual who has a social and ethical conscience.
