We are looking for the talents of a Part time Sales Assistant (M/F) to join our retail teams on a temporary basis as from April in our Apartments in London. We can be flexible on weekly hours with contracts ranging from 8h to 24h per week.
Reporting to the Store Director, your main responsibilities will be:
- Delivering a unique customer experience:
- Make the customer the priority of the apartment to ensure optimal customer service.
- Embody the Sezane spirit and style through impeccable presentation (grooming standards).
- Welcome your customers with generosity and empathy to offer them the best possible experience.
- Consider the personality of your Customers to identify their desires.
- Introduce the Brand and our different universes/products.
- Be an ambassador for the Brand's omnichannel approach (apartment and web).
- Show curiosity and develop an in-depth knowledge of the Brand and products.
- Be proactive in suggesting specific actions to make the customer experience memorable and unique.
- Handle complaints and customer dissatisfaction to satisfy and retain our customers.
- Know our CSR policy to respond to customers.
- Ensuring the Brand image:
- Know the basic rules of Sezane merchandising.
- Check product labeling on the floor.
- Participate in merchandising implementation and ensure its follow-up.
- Offer customers an exciting and inspiring shopping experience.
- Monitor and maintain the commercial level of the point of sale.
- Have a fashion culture to be able to make suggestions.
- Ensuring smooth Operations:
- Apply Sezane policies, standards, and procedures.
- Process transactions and respect procedures related to operations.
- Perform specific process treatments (returns, exchanges, reservations).
- Participate in defining the necessary staff to meet customer expectations.
- Ensure proper inventory management.
- Having team spirit:
- Be a team player, participate in all ancillary tasks.
- Participate in creating a positive and harmonious environment to create group synergy.
- Relay the brand's commitments.
You have previous successful experience in ready-to-wear, hospitality, restaurants, sales, events... or not yet, but are driven by customer relations?
