We are looking for a Stockist (M/F) to join our retail team for our London stores on a permanent contract ideally on a full-time (40h) basis. Reporting to the Store Director and the Stock Manager (or Assistant Stock Manager), your main responsibilities will be:
- Ensure efficient stock management:
- Ensure proper receipt of deliveries (unpacking, sorting, labeling, scanning, storage);
- Record deliveries following processes;
- Perform daily store replenishment in accordance with merchandising standards;
- Ensure proper stockroom maintenance by guaranteeing rigorous and optimal organization;
- Monitor the smooth running of transfer procedures between stores;
- Participate in store inventories (rolling, monthly, fiscal);
- Meet the needs of the sales team by bringing items requested by customers to the floor.
- Deliver a unique customer experience:
- Have perfect knowledge of stock to meet Customer expectations as efficiently as possible;
- Streamline the connection between the stockroom and sales floor through structured organization;
- Ensure products are presented according to Octane standards;
- Be an ambassador for the Brand's omnichannel approach (apartment and web);
- Show curiosity and develop an in-depth knowledge of the Brand and products;
- Know our CSR policy to respond to customers.
- Ensure brand image:
- Participate in proper product presentation by highlighting new items;
- Help the Visual Merchandiser or Visual Merchandising Liaison with preparation of new layouts;
- Check the arrangement and labeling of products in the stockroom;
- Ensure product quality through meticulous organization;
- Suggest merchandising adjustments to optimize stock rotation;
- Ensure daily supply to the Apartment and perfect organization of stockrooms.
