Ten years ago, I dared to imagine the first French fashion brand born online... It was called Les Composantes, and it is called Sézane today. My priorities have always remained the same: to innovate and to place people, creativity, quality and service at the heart of everything. To co‑build the future, we are now looking for experienced, structured and agile talents who share the desire to constantly improve everything that can be. Passionate, autonomous talents who conceive work with respect for others and for whom nothing is out of reach, as long as we give ourselves the means. Sézane is a playground where every day is unlike any other, your job today may not be the same as yesterday’s and probably not the same tomorrow.
We are looking for the talents of an Assistant Stock Manager (M/F) to join our retail team in one of our stores in London under a permanent full‑time contract. As such, your missions will be the following:
- Stock Management
- Master Sézane's policies, standards and procedures;
- Organise and optimise storage spaces, ensuring daily replenishment of the floor and perfect upkeep of the stockroom;
- Receive, process and store deliveries; assist in planning incoming deliveries and collection changeovers;
- Isolate new products ahead of collection launches;
- Maintain strong product knowledge to meet customer expectations efficiently and support the sales team by retrieving requested items promptly;
- Manage customer returns, including defects, tailoring and dry cleaning;
- Oversee after‑sales service, including processing, reimbursements and sending items for repair;
- Manage Click & Collect: intake, scanning, storage and follow‑up on pending orders (refunds, returns and customer communication);
- Conduct inventories rigorously (weekly, rotating and full counts);
- Assist with ordering consumables and sundry purchases for the Apartment.
- Team Management & Development
- Contribute to planning and organising the stock team’s schedule;
- Onboard and train new team members on inventory management processes;
- Set clear objectives and monitor progress regularly;
- Support the development of each team member’s skills;
- Foster a positive, collaborative working environment;
- Proactively suggest process improvements;
- Flag stock issues to the Retail team in a timely manner.
Qualifications & Requirements
- You have experience in stock and team management.
- You have an eye for detail and inventory management has no secrets for you.
- You understand the challenges of Retail and do not hesitate to adapt quickly and efficiently. Priority and time management don’t scare you.
- Committed, motivated and proactive, you lead by example and know how to train a team.
