We are looking for the talents of a Floor Manager (M/F) to join our retail team in one of our stores in London under a permanent full-time contract. Reporting to the Store Manager, your main responsibilities will be ensuring a unique customer experience within your apartment.
Customer Experience
- Make the customer the priority of the apartment.
- Guarantee a personalized welcome to all our customers and optimal customer service.
- Show proactivity, expertise, and passion.
- Provide direct solutions for both apartment and web (omnichannel approach).
- Use Sezane & Octobre communication channels to develop product knowledge.
- Act as a role model by sharing expertise with the team to help them develop interpersonal skills and improve sales.
- Provide constructive recommendations and suggestions to your Store Director as part of continuous improvement.
- Ensure the safety of people and property.
Team Leadership and Development
- Lead and motivate your team, creating a positive and harmonious work environment.
- Foster collaboration within the team and between managers.
- Onboard and integrate new team members.
- Plan field operations (monthly schedules) and ensure execution and daily follow-up.
- Guide and support each team member's development by setting clear goals and monitoring progress.

- Identify high‑potential employees, recruit and train, and establish succession plans with the Store Director.

- Ensure compliance with procedures regarding cash flow management and controlling.
- Make sure all technical equipment is operational (cash registers, scanners, back‑office tools) and report and follow up on any malfunctions.
- Prepare and verify cash floats, perform cash pickups, and ensure end‑of‑day routines are properly followed.
- Train team members on the use of cash registers, related procedures, and best practices to deliver an optimal customer experience.
- Actively work to prevent shrinkage, administrative errors, and any financial losses.
