We have an opportunity for a Civil Engineering undergraduate or graduates who is available to work 2-3 days per week on one of our construction projects. Undergraduates Join us during your summer university break, with opportunities for ongoing work throughout the year. We provide students with real on-the-job experience while they study, along with a pathway into our Graduate Program. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to our complex civil engineering projects and develop valuable industry skills from day one.

Graduates Our two-year Graduate Program is built around our Engineering Competency Matrix, giving you a clear pathway to track your growth and success. As part of our Operations teams, you’ll work on challenging civil engineering projects, learn directly from industry experts, and gain hands-on experience that accelerates your capability and career.

About you:

  • Graduates must have completed a Bachelor of Civil Engineering.
  • Undergraduates must be studying a Bachelor of Civil Engineering in the 3rd or 4th year.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Suite including Excel.
  • Previous work experience whilst studying preferably in construction but we are open to any industry.
  • Many of our projects are based in regional locations, so a current Driver’s Licence and your own transport are essential.
