As Chair of our Finance and Performance Committee, you’ll be a driving force behind our strategic recovery and operational performance. Has held a senior finance, audit, or commercial leadership role in a complex, regulated environment. Understands how to interpret performance data and challenge constructively. You might be a CFO, Finance Director, Audit Partner, or Transformation Consultant. As a Non-Executive Director, you’ll: Chair our Finance and Performance Committee—overseeing strategic finance, transformation, and operational outcomes. Support and challenge the Executive Directors as part of a unitary Board. Represent the voice of service users and communities in financial and strategic decisions. Contribute to building an inclusive, high-performing, and accountable culture.
