Role summary
As an Accounts Trainee, you’ll play an active role within a dynamic team, gaining practical experience in everyday financial operations. Alongside your contributions, you’ll develop key skills in bookkeeping, financial reporting, Solicitor Accounts Rule and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Assist with processing client receipts and payments
- Understanding client ledgers and completion statements
- Assist with supplier processing invoices
- Help maintain accurate records and documentation
- Learn how to reconcile bank accounts and the importance of this daily duty
- Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers
- Learn and apply accounting principles and software tools
- Assist with client ledger management
- Collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial information
- Assist with other administrative tasks related to finance as required
