HMCTS delivers change across operations, technology and service design. Successful change requires structured planning, consistent implementation, and strong engagement with operational users to ensure adoption and benefits realisation.
Join Our Team:
We are seeking a Change Manager to lead the planning and delivery of change implementation across a portfolio of work, acting as the bridge between projects and operational users to ensure change is implemented safely and benefits are realised.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead change implementation across a portfolio through close collaboration with central projects, change leads and operational stakeholders.
- Develop and manage change plans and lead on implementation activity.
- Manage and escalate risks, issues and dependencies to reduce delivery impact.
- Build trusted stakeholder networks (including senior stakeholders) and support effective communication of change.
- Produce clear change communications and champion consistent use of tools/processes to embed change.
- Support benefits validation to ensure intended benefits are enabled and measurable.
- Capture and share lessons learned and best practice to improve future implementations.
Essential Requirements:
- Strong experience delivering business change and implementation in complex environments.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and writing skills.
- Confident managing change impacts, dependencies and adoption activity.
- Security Clearance (SC) – essential (active SC preferred; otherwise must be eligible and willing to undergo SC vetting).
