Overview
We are seeking an experienced Transformation Manager to join our team on an interim basis. This role will lead the implementation and transformation of patient-facing digital technologies, including mobile apps and digital engagement platforms, ensuring successful adoption across clinical and operational services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of patient-facing technology solutions, including digital apps and portals
- Drive transformation and change management to ensure adoption by patients, clinicians, and operational teams
- Provide strong change leadership, engaging stakeholders across clinical, digital, and operational functions
- Manage and lead supplier relationships, including contract management, performance oversight, and delivery assurance
