As Risk and Assurance Manager, youll drive governance, strengthen organisational resilience, and champion continuous improvement. What youll be doing:

  • Designing and delivering risk and assurance frameworks across the organisation
  • Advising senior leaders and programme teams on mitigation strategies and assurance planning
  • Supporting governance and audit processes, including reporting to executive and board-level forums
  • Building strong relationships across the organisation and with external partners
  • Championing a culture of learning, accountability, and continuous improvement

Youll be a credible and confident professional, with:

  • Proven experience in risk, assurance, or audit within complex organisations
  • Strong understanding of governance, compliance, and public sector accountability
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
