NHS Trust is looking for accredited Epic Analysts for a long-term contract (2 years) to support a large-scale EPR (Electronic Patient Record) implementation on a hybrid basis.
Qualifications
- Essential criteria
- General education to degree level, equivalent professional qualification or equivalent experience
- IT Qualification in Excel (or equivalent experience)
- Epic certified in at least one application
- PRINCE/MSP or other project management qualification
Experience
- Essential criteria
- Design and delivery of workflows/processes in a clinical environment
- Experience of delivery of benefits from the implementation of technology/services
- Experience of working with the Epic EPR system
- Experience of working with senior clinical staff, medical consultants and other senior managers
- Experience of delivering complex technical projects to tight deadlines
- Experience of managing clinical and/or operational services within the NHS
- Electronic patient record (EPR) design and delivery in a clinical environment
- Configuration and adaptation of EPR technology to meet the needs of users
- Application support service delivery
- Previous NHS experience
Knowledge
- Essential criteria
- Thorough understanding of clinical and/or operational workflows and processes in a healthcare setting
- Knowledge of the Epic EPR system
- Understanding of Information Governance
