My client is a firm of accountants with offices in Worcestershire. They specialise in working for owner-managed and family-run businesses and have grown rapidly over the last few years due to the excellent quality of service they offer their clients.

The Company

They have a strong team, approaching over 40 across the 4 offices. They are very focused on building and retaining their amazing team, seeking to promote from within which is shown by the fact that many of their directors are home grown talent.

Key responsibilities

The role is full-time and based in their Worcestershire Office, with occasional travel to their other offices as well as travel to clients. They would consider applicants wishing to work 5 days per week but shorter hours (such as 9am to 3pm). You will be responsible for providing a high level of service to their business clients, ensuring compliance work is completed both accurately and efficiently and supporting the wider team with advisory assignments. They are looking for someone with experience of working in an accountancy practice who has recent experience in working with a range of owner managers and their associated businesses. The role offers excellent opportunities for progression for ambitious candidates.

  • AAT qualified accountant (Part qualified ACA or ACCA without this foundation also considered depending on experience)
