Seymour John are delighted to be supporting our client to hire a Payroll expert to work within their dynamic business who value employee development and strive to deliver excellence.
The Opportunity
Primarily you will be responsible for the Payroll function alongside supporting with bookkeeping tasks. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Processing full life cycle payroll, including HMRC submissions and payment files
- Working to streamline payroll processes
- Bookkeeping tasks such as accounts prep, preparing VAT returns
- Providing system support to clients
- Assisting with client onboarding
Personal Profile
We are looking for someone who has:
- Recent experience in payroll and/or bookkeeping
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong technical skills and an interest in automation
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
