At Community Health Partnerships (CHP), we are redefining the landscape of community-based healthcare. As a wholly owned Department of Health and Social Care company, we manage over 300 high-quality community health buildings and partner with NHS systems to deliver innovative infrastructure solutions. We play a pivotal role in delivering modern, sustainable, and accessible health infrastructure across England. Our mission is simple: enable better care through better spaces.
As part of our growth programme, we are now recruiting two Strategic Estates Productivity Leads (SEPLs). These are key people who will help us steer the NHS estate into a more integrated, efficient, and patient-focused future.
About the Roles
Working in close collaboration with Integrated Care Systems (ICSs), NHS Trusts, Local Authorities, and third-sector partners, you will be at the forefront of embedding CHP’s LIFT estate into long-term service models and delivering our national PACE (Productivity Acceleration in Community Estate) programme. You will play a lead role in:
- Driving estate productivity and improving health outcomes.
- Shaping estate transformation strategies and business cases.
- Ensuring CHP’s assets are aligned with regional NHS reform.
- Representing CHP at high-level infrastructure and transformation forums.
- Building and sustaining multi-year delivery pipelines.
You will also work closely with CHP’s regional and national leadership to embed estate optimisation within place-based health strategies and system reform agendas.
What You’ll Bring
We are looking for strategic thinkers, credible influencers, and experienced transformation leaders who can bring:
- A strong track record of estate or system transformation in the NHS or a comparable setting.
- Deep understanding of NHS estate utilisation, infrastructure planning, and LIFT models.
- High-level communication and stakeholder engagement skills—confident operating at ICS, Trust, and national levels.
- A values-driven mindset, focused on collaboration, innovation, and system outcomes.
Why Join CHP?
At CHP, we play a central role in the evolution of community-based health infrastructure. Our teams are shaping the future of care by ensuring the NHS estate is productive, sustainable, and ready for the next generation of health challenges. Here’s what we offer:
- A unique opportunity to influence NHS infrastructure nationally.
- A collaborative, purpose-driven work environment.
- Access to a comprehensive benefits package.
