A fantastic opportunity is available for an experienced Finance Administrator to join a well-established and reputable business in Stone on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract, contributing to the smooth running of daily finance operations.
The Role
- Providing day to day administrative support to the finance team, ensuring accurate and timely processing of information
- Supporting Accounts Payable, including processing invoices and checking supporting documentation
- Raising sales invoices and supporting general accounts receivable tasks
- Processing employee expenses in line with company policy
- Assisting with weekly and monthly reporting, contributing financial and operational data as required
- Carrying out reconciliations and supporting month‑end processes where needed
- Maintaining financial records, lists, and documentation to ensure accuracy and audit readiness
- Providing general finance and office administration to support wider business needs
