About the Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced and hands-on Marketing Manager to lead the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across a diverse and growing group of businesses within the experience-led / leisure sector. This is a high-impact role where you’ll take strategy and turn it into action—driving campaigns, leading a team, and delivering measurable commercial results. The Role
Reporting to the COO, you’ll take ownership of day-to-day marketing delivery while leading and developing a small team. You’ll:
- Translate marketing strategy into clear, actionable plans and campaigns
- Lead integrated B2B and B2C marketing activity
- Own campaign delivery, timelines, and marketing calendars
- Optimise performance using data, insights, and reporting
- Ensure brand consistency and high-quality audience engagement
