Urgent Temporary Role – Accounts Supervisor | Ross-on-Wye | Agriculture | Salary: Negotiable | Temporary | Immediate Start We are urgently looking for an experienced Accounts Supervisor to join an established construction business based in Ross-on-Wye on a temporary basis. This is a hands-on role for an experienced finance professional who can step into a busy Finance function and make an immediate impact. The Role Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will oversee and support the day-to-day finance operation, with responsibility across: * Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable * Supplier payments and reconciliations * Banking and bank reconciliations * Sales invoicing and cash allocation * Month-end and year-end support * Financial reporting and KPIs * Maintaining strong financial controls and audit trails * Supervising, coaching and supporting Accounts Assistants * Reviewing and improving finance processes and procedures About You We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running and is confident supervising a finance team.
