What You’ll Bring We are looking for someone who:

What You’ll Do As a Non-Executive Director, you’ll:
- Chair our Finance and Performance Committee—overseeing strategic finance, transformation, and operational outcomes.
- Support and challenge the Executive Directors as part of a unitary Board.
- Represent the voice of service users and communities in financial and strategic decisions.
- Contribute to building an inclusive, high-performing, and accountable culture.
