We are currently seeking an organised, proactive, and customer-focused Internal Account Manager to join a dynamic internal sales team. In this key role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of accounts, ensuring the seamless delivery of products and services while supporting commercial growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction
- Process and manage customer orders from entry through to delivery, maintaining accuracy and timeliness
- Communicate proactively with customers regarding order status, shipping details, and any potential issues
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints with professionalism and a solutions-focused approach
- Maintain internal systems and ensure up-to-date, accurate data
- Support external account managers with onboarding new clients and preparing for account reviews
- Participate in customer-focused projects and initiatives to enhance service and operational performance
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:45am–5:00pm (37.5 hours/week)

Candidate Profile:
- Experience in customer service, account management, or internal sales within the manufacturing industry

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Good IT literacy, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
