About the Role
As a Finance Business Associate, you will work closely with budget holders to deliver clear, data-driven analysis that enables effective decision-making. You'll play a critical role in forecasting, financial planning, modelling, and business case development, ensuring financial activity aligns with strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver divisional analysis, reporting and commentary to support operational decision-making
- Support financial planning cycles, including budgeting and forecasting
- Build business models to inform performance, ROI, and long-term planning
- Provide commercial and analytical support for business cases and investment decisions
- Collaborate with finance colleagues to enhance consistency and efficiency in reporting
- Identify opportunities to improve financial tools, processes and stakeholder engagement
Role-specific knowledge & skills
Essential:
- Part-qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, AAT) and actively working towards full qualification
- Proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools
