Accounts Trainee - Study Support & Career Development | Cheltenham | Permanent | up to £24,784.50 The Company Legal Sector Role summary As an Accounts Trainee, you’ll play an active role within a dynamic team, gaining practical experience in everyday financial operations.

Alongside your contributions, you’ll develop key skills in bookkeeping, financial reporting, Solicitor Accounts Rule and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Assist with processing client receipts and payments
  • Understanding client ledgers and completion statements
  • Assist with supplier processing invoices
  • Help maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Learn how to reconcile bank accounts and the importance of this daily duty
  • Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers
  • Learn and apply accounting principles and software tools
  • Assist with client ledger management
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial information
  • Assist with other administrative tasks related to finance as required Training & Development
