The Opportunity
You will be responsible for identifying and developing new client relationships across sectors including manufacturing, engineering, retail, construction, professional services, distribution, technology, and privately-owned businesses.

- Maintain a strong pipeline of future opportunities.
- Represent Seymour John professionally within the regional business community.
- Act as a brand ambassador who genuinely cares about client outcomes rather than simply making sales.
About You
We're less concerned about recruitment experience and more interested in attitude, credibility and relationship-building ability.
You may currently be

- A professional services salesperson.
- A Recruitment Consultant who enjoys winning business.

- Authentic, trustworthy and consultative in your approach.
- Energetic, resilient and self-motivated.
- Someone who enjoys opening doors and creating opportunities.
- Equally comfortable networking at events or picking up the phone.
- Motivated by long-term success rather than quick wins.
Why Seymour John?

Our consultants are encouraged to build genuine expertise, develop lasting relationships, and operate with integrity in everything they do.
You will join a supportive, collaborative team where ideas are welcomed, success is celebrated, and people genuinely enjoy working together.
In return we offer
- Competitive basic salary.
- Uncapped bonus scheme.
- Hybrid working.
- Genuine autonomy and trust.
- Strong regional brand and reputation.

- 4% matched pension contribution
- Private family healthcare policy after 6 months’ probation period
