The Opportunity
As Tax Manager, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of clients and provide high-quality tax compliance, planning and advisory services. You'll be responsible for reviewing complex tax work, supporting clients with technical matters and ensuring the team delivers a consistently high standard of service. Alongside your client responsibilities, you'll provide leadership and development to junior members of the tax team and contribute to strategic planning, process improvement and the continued development of the tax function.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of clients and act as a trusted adviser on tax matters
- Prepare and review complex tax returns and compliance work
- Ensure compliance with relevant UK and US tax laws and regulations
- Provide tax planning and advisory services tailored to client requirements
- Undertake and review complex tax research and technical work

- Manage relationships with tax authorities where required
