Seymour John are currently recruiting for a Finance Assistant on behalf of a growing and well-established organisation in Nuneaton. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented finance professional with experience across transactional finance who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and collaborative finance team.
The Opportunity
- Taking ownership of the purchase ledger function across multiple sites, ensuring invoices are processed accurately and efficiently.
- Preparing payments and managing supplier accounts, resolving any queries in a timely manner.
- Completing bank reconciliations and supporting the Finance Manager with month-end activities.
- Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring finance systems are kept up to date.
- Assisting with employee expenses, basic reporting, and other day-to-day finance tasks.
- Working closely with colleagues across other departments to support smooth business operations.
- Supporting continuous improvements to financial processes and controls.

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
