Volunteer Treasurer

Seymour Housing Co-op in Marylebone London W1 is seeking a Volunteer Treasurer to support a vibrant community housing co-op providing social affordable housing to its membership. The co-op is managed by its members with the support of 3 paid staff.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and monitor budgets.
2. Monitor and evaluate financial progress.
3. Handle financial administration, management, and reporting.
4. Ensure legal compliance and provide advice on legal compliance.
5. Oversee financial transparency.
6. Monitor and report on the financial health of the organization.

Hours: Flexible hours
