Founded in 1988, we have over 30 years\’ experience in care, education and preparing children for school. This history has enabled us to invest in our team, resources and environment to give children the best possible start. Our Educators and Teachers have achieved outstanding Ofsted judgements at all our eleven nursery schools.
Working hours are Monday to Friday on a rota basis within the nursery opening hours: 7:00am – 6:00pm.
Responsibilities
- Support children aged 0-5 years by helping with play and development activities.
- Organise activities, support assessment and record keeping of children’s learning and development.
- Work in partnership with colleagues and parents to support each child’s development.
- Work alongside experienced Early Years Educators, with a dedicated mentor and the support of fellow apprentices.
Qualifications and Pathways
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent) with potential progression options including:
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership
- Honours Degree in Early Years
- Early Years Teacher (EYITT) or Primary Teacher (QTS)
- Level 3 includes: Level 3 Award in Paediatric First Aid (RQF) or Level 3 Award in Emergency Paediatric First Aid (RQF).
- Functional skills in English and maths if required.
- Supportive pathway to achieve qualified Early Years Educator status within 12 months.

- You will be working with children between the ages of 0-5 years, supporting their play and development.
